Six-day Consultative Meeting on EU-Iran Environmental Cooperation Development

The six-day consultative meeting on EU-Iran Environmental Cooperation Development was held in Tehran at Milad Tower VIP conference room  21 -26 November 2017.

 The first two days of the meeting, 21-22 November 2017, focused on air pollution, industrial pollution, and sand & dust storm, and then water and marine issues were addressed on the agenda of Thursday and Friday, 23rd and 24^th. The issue of circular economy focusing on waste and recycling were the main subject of the last two days, 25^th and 26th. The EU delegation of 26 senior experts  who has the background of working with international organizations such as  United Nations (UN) and  World Health Organization (WHO) participated in the event from EU side.

Six colleagues from UNESCO Chair on environmental education were also participated in the series of the meetings.
