Meeting on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the environment

The purpose of this meeting was to recognize the impacts of COVID- 19 pandemic on the environment, as well as to identify the related challenges, threats and opportunities. The meeting was held for the target groups of the community and environmental activists through the university's LMS virtual system and Dr. Laden Razi Kurd-Mahale, member of the UNESCO Chair on Environmental Education, was moderator of the meeting. Participants in this meeting got acquainted with COVID-19 disease and its effects on the environment, as well as the challenges, opportunities and environmental threats during the outbreak of the Coronavirus. At the end of the meeting, a question and answer session was held.
